Aids digestion and can be applied on cuts as well as sunburn.

Amaranth

Beautiful flower type plant that also makes a great body cleanser.

Angelica

Helps with digestion. The deep pink flowers make a nice addition to any garden.

Anise

Makes a good breath freshener and can help sore throats.

Astragalus

Nice leafy plant, perfect if you want thick foliage.

Barberry

Nice bushy plant that makes a great mouthwash.

Basil

Can be used for headaches and indigestion. Comes in several varieties.

Bayberry

Used to rejuvenate the body. Also been used to treat cholera.

Bistort

Good antiseptic herb and can be used as emergency food because of its starch content

Blackberry

Can be used to treat sinus problems.

Black Cohosh

Helps soothe muscle pain, and the problems or perimenopause and menopause.

Black Walnut

Kills and prevents parasites from entering the body.

Blessed Thistle

Can be used to cure headaches.

Blue Cohosh

Has antibacterial properties and can also help menstrual cramps.

Blue Vervain

Has lovely purple flowers. When used, it promotes relaxation.
